ANABOLIC LEAN BEEF BURGERS HIGH PROTEIN
As all you might know I am from Venezuela, Latin blood runs through my veins, so that means, I like tasty food, con Sabor…..Also, I am working out to build muscle. That is why I made these Anabolic Lean Beef Burgers full of flavour from fresh veggies and dry spices
The first time I tried a Burger in those fast-food chains, I was disappointed because of the lack of flavour in the meat, I hated them. So as I grew up I learnt how to cook and start seasoning my beef burgers which I still do today.
I like to use fresh and dry ingredients for seasoning like herbs and spices; also I try to use organic products. In fact, it has already been at least a year since I switched to organic spices, flours and more. One day scrolling the internet I came across with https://www.buywholefoodsonline.co.uk and https://www.healthysupplies.co.uk/. Nevertheless, I don’t know if this makes any difference but I’m trying my best to incorporate the best food into my diet and give my body what it deserves.
It is not a difficult recipe at all, although is tasty. They are gluten-free if you look for all the ingredients been free of.
WHAT DO YOU NEED FOR THIS ANABOLIC BEEF BURGERS?
The main key ingredient is of course the beef. Look for the leanest beef you can find 4% fat is the lowest that I have found in my local shop, and if it’s organic even better. If you don’t eat beef or don’t like the taste, feel free to swap to the minced turkey leaner option. I love turkey burgers!
Veggies oh veggies! why? they add great flavour to the meat without being overpowering. As well as the dry spices and herbs. I’ve read that the burgers are all about the meat no seasoning just salt and pepper. But to be honest with you I do not agree with that statement, I need the flavor to enjoy my food and more when you are on a weight/fat loss journey.
Additionally, by including the veggies and spices you do not need to load your beef or turkey with tones of salt to make it tastier. Trust me!
SHAPING THE ANABOLIC LEAN BEEF BURGERS
The shaping is an easy task. Just make sure when you mix all ingredients together, grab a part of the mixture and throw it back to the bowl with the rest. Why? I don’t know how to explain it, but by doing this action it will help the shaping.
Now with damp hands form balls of the same size or weight and then flatten them over a plate cover in cling film. This will help to pick them up easier to cook them in your grill, BBQ or Air fryer.
Burger patties will shrink and bump in the center if you don’t shape them correctly. As a consequence, you will end with a burger patty smaller than your bun.
To avoid this from happening, shape the beef burgers slightly larger than your buns. Then, with your thumb press in the middle of each patty creating a slight indentation. As a result, your beef burger will cook evenly and lie flat with the same size of your bun.
COOKING THE BURGERS
I do not own a BBQ or a grill, but I do have an Air Fryer. The first time I made these burgers my husband was a bit skeptical about the cooking method. I was sure they will be perfect and indeed they were.
They are golden brown on the outside and juicy on the inside. However, bear in mind that depending on your air fryer and the thickness of your burgers it will be the cooking time and temperature. I cook mine between 180C and 200C for 16min or 12min. Depending on what I want on the day. Experience with your air fryer and let me know in the comments what brand do you have, temperature and time you cook them.

Directions
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead/mix with your clean hands like a dough or if you prefer to use a spatula.
